Angst. Det kan v\u00e6re i mindre grad \u2013 fx hvis vi bliver forskr\u00e6kkede \u2013 eller det kan v\u00e6re i s\u00e5 stor en grad, at vi f\u00e5r direkte fysiske symptomer p\u00e5 angst. Fx \u00e5nden\u00f8d eller meget st\u00e6rk hjertebanken. I nogle tilf\u00e6lde kan vi h\u00e5ndtere angsten, uden at der sker noget farligt for os: Vores hjertebanken stopper, fordi vi ved hjernens hj\u00e6lp kan h\u00e5ndtere situationen, vi blev angste i, ved hj\u00e6lp af logiske tanker. I andre tilf\u00e6lde kan vi ikke h\u00e5ndtere den.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>H\u00e5ndter for eksempel generaliseret angst<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e5r vi ikke kan h\u00e5ndtere vores angst, s\u00e5 skal vi behandle den, s\u00e5 vi ikke f\u00e5r andre psykiske lidelser. Det kan fx godt t\u00e6nkes, at du bliver angst, n\u00e5r du skal handle ind i supermarkedet. Du bryder dig ikke om at andre mennesker ser, hvad du l\u00e6gger i din kurv. Du f\u00e5r \u00e5nden\u00f8d, n\u00e5r du venter i k\u00f8en ved kassen. Du begynder at ryste helt vildt, fordi du f\u00f8ler dig omringet af ukendte mennesker. Symptomerne p\u00e5 din angst er mange og forskellige. Det kan du g\u00f8re noget ved. Du skal ikke forhindres i at handle ind, fordi du er bange for at g\u00e5 i supermarkedet. Angst, uanset hvilken angstlidelse du lider af, kan nemlig behandles. Om det er en fobi eller om det er en mere alvorlig angstlidelse \u2013 fx <a href=\"https:\/\/www.generaliseret-angst.dk\/\">generaliseret angst<\/a>, s\u00e5 findes der behandling. Du skal bare finde den. Og det g\u00f8r du bedst ved at tale med en psykoterapeut.<\/p>\n<h3>Tanker der signalerer fare<\/h3>\n<p>Der er nemlig sket det, at du i s\u00e6rlige situationer udvikler tanker, som signalerer fare for dig. P\u00e5 den ene side er det meget ubehageligt at st\u00e5 der i k\u00f8en og svede helt abnormt, fordi du er angst. P\u00e5 den anden side \u2013 og det kan m\u00e5ske hj\u00e6lpe dig at t\u00e6nke p\u00e5 det \u2013 s\u00e5 er den pludselige og uforklarlige svedetur et signal til dig om, at du faktisk er et helt almindeligt og sundt menneske! Du reagerer nemlig p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, der advarer dig om, at noget truende er i n\u00e6rheden. At du ikke lige t\u00e6nker \u201dflugt\u201d men kommer til at svede, er tegnet p\u00e5, at du vil overleve.<\/p>\n<h4>Hvad er angst og stress symptomer?<\/h4>\n<p>Du sp\u00f8rger m\u00e5ske \u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.angst.dk\/\">Hvad er angst<\/a> s\u00e5 ?\u201d Det har jeg lige fortalt dig: Det er en f\u00f8lelse, der opst\u00e5r n\u00e5r du f\u00f8ler dig truet p\u00e5 livet. Ligesom gl\u00e6de eller vrede er naturlige f\u00f8lelser, s\u00e5 er angst ogs\u00e5 en naturlig f\u00f8lelse, som du skal l\u00e6re at forst\u00e5, s\u00e5 du kan komme af med den. Her er det, at angst behandling kommer ind i billedet. Vi kan \u2013 eller ved \u2013 ikke altid, hvorfor vi f\u00e5r angst, og ofte forveksles <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stresset.dk\/stress-symptomer\">stress symptomer<\/a> med angst.<\/p>\n<p>Vi er heller ikke selv herre over, hvor alvorlig vores angstlidelse er. Vi ved bare, at vi f\u00e5r det skidt. (Sved, hjertebanken eller rystende ben og h\u00e6nder.) Behandling af angst handler \u2013 kort sagt \u2013 om, at du skal finde frem til, hvorfor du er bange i nogle situationer.
